Order Delivery and International Orders
Once you place an order, we will update you each step of the way, from order confirmation to shipment confirmation.
Non-personalised domestic orders placed by 6pm AEST Monday – Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 6pm AEST or on holidays or weekends will ship within two business day.
For personalised orders, we will reach out to start the design process within 48 hours. You will receive your design proofs within the time agreed with you during our consultation. Upon approval of the final art, deliverables typically arrive within 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the desings requested. Custom design orders require additional design and/or printing time based on printing technique and details of your specific design. Please contact us at hello@catinah.com to discuss your timing requirements and to learn more about our processes and timing.
International orders are welcome.
