RETURNS

Make sure your order qualifies:

All personalised products are exempt from being returned. Gift cards may not be returned.

Non personalised items may be returned as long as:
– The order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
– The order is returned within 30 days of receipt
– The order was not purchased on final sale

Returning your order and receipt:

Please send us an email to customercare@catinah.com for a return authorisation and return information. Please quote your order number. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please retain your tracking number and details in the unlikely event we do not receive your return.

Receiving Credit for your return:

Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will automatically refund your credit card as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten (10) business days upon issuing your credit due to processing times of some payment  providers. Please feel free to contact us should you not receive your refund in an appropriate time frame.
